Terms and conditions for definite bookings
Seats2meet.com is the trading name of MM Projects B.V. and adheres to unique cooperation conditions. This guarantees you risk-free dealings with us.
1. Options
We give options for a period of 48 hours before changing your booking to a definite reservation with Seats2meet.com. After 24 hours you will receive an automatic email reminder asking you to either confirm your reservation or cancel.
2. No minimum guarantee!
With Seats2meet.com you book seats. We choose a suitable meeting room for you. You’re under no obligation to guarantee us a minimum of seats in this room.
3. Complete freedom
We offer you the freedom of changing the details of your booking online up until 5 working days before the start of your meeting. After this point, all alterations need to be approved by Seats2meet.com before being confirmed. You will receive confirmation of your alterations by email.
4. Amendments to details of your booking
You may alter your number of participants free of charge, with a maximum of 10% fewer heads, up until 5 working days before the start your meeting. Please confirm your definite number of participants, your chosen refreshments and your technical requirements at least 48 hours before the start of your meeting.
5. Cancellation of definite reservations
Cancellation of bookings up to 5 working days prior to the meeting will not incur any charges. Last minute cancellations, less than 5 working days before the meeting date, will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
| 6.1. | Invoice amounts below € 250,00 are to be paid by credit card or PIN on the premises after the meeting. You will receive your complete invoice with receipt directly after payment. |
| 6.2. | Invoices of € 250.00-€ 1000.00 are sent to you by email. After your meeting, our Seats2meet.com system automatically generates a fully detailed invoice which you will receive at the address provided.

| 6.3. | In case of bookings of over € 1000,00 we require a deposit of 50% of the total value of your reservation. You will receive an advance invoice requesting payment within 14 days of invoice date and within 5 working days before the start of your meeting. Should you make another reservation during the last-minute period before your meeting, payment hereof is required within 48 hours before the meeting. Your deposit will be deducted from the total on your final invoice. |
| 6.4. | Late payment will result in a weekly interest rate of 1% being added to the outstanding amount. 4 weeks after invoice date, an external partner will deal with your invoice. The ensuing extra cost will be added to the total of your invoice; the minimum being 10% of the value of your reservation. |
7. Seats per slot
At Seats2meet.com you book your seats by the slot.
One slot equals 4 hours. We have three options:
• Morning: 08.00-12.00
• Afternoon: 13.00-17.00
• Evening: 18.00-22.00
Should your meeting be longer than your slot allows for, our management will do their best to accommodate you for longer. In that case, we charge one extra slot for the required number of seats.
8. Booking charges
Booking charges are invoiced at € 1.00 per seat.
9. Storage of your property
In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, the Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca (UVH) are applicable. These are held at commercial court and at the Hague Chamber of Commerce.
